About this role

We are looking for a proactive Actuary to join our multi-disciplinary delivery team. You will be collaborating alongside our customers to gather and understand business definitions of our customers’ insurance products, which you will then model in a state of the art tools to enable the digital Transformation of the Insurance Company.

You will be working in collaboration with business analysts to understand the business requirements to deliver valuable solutions to our customers. And cooperate with national and international development teams of the group on shared infrastructure and software components.

If you have an analytical mindset, an ability to apply a consistent analysis to complex issues, to structure such issues and to formulate them concisely, as a member of our multi-disciplinary team you will:

• Be working with business stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements;
• Model insurance products in state of the art tools;
• Create and maintain documents as a part of the solution delivery process;
• Ensure that customers’ standards are met;
• Work in collaboration with business analysts to understand the business requirements to deliver valuable solutions to our customers;
• Cooperate with other national and international development teams.

What we expect from you

• Experience in the Insurance industry.
• Experience in IT projects for the insurance industry is a plus.
• Mathematics, Statistics or IT background.
• Business-minded and customer-focused personality.
• Native Spanish speaker and English knowledge.
