Insurance Consultant

We are looking for a proactive, communicative and rational-thinker Insurance Consultant (for Software Projects) to join our growing team.

You will be:

• Collaborating with project teams to understand the needs of the client (insurers) at all stages of the insurance lifecycle.
• Actively participating in the implementation and delivery of software to insurers.
• Providing technical support and training to the end users of the software, covering the contract lifecycle: proposal, policy issue and management, claims.
• Identifying requirements and design solutions to respond to collection circuits and the calculation of the agents' commissions.

We expect you to have:

• Previous experience in Insurance or Intermediary operations.
• Solid knowledge of insurance operations, including product creation, proposal writing, policy issuance, policy management, collections circuit, commissions and claims management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams at different stages of the insurance life cycle.
• Academic background in IT, Engineering or related field (desirable).
• Problem-solving competencies and to be customer-oriented.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish.
